Refund Policy — TESSGEAR
We offer a 30-day remake policy for items that are defective or not as described.
Because our products are custom-made and unique, we do not accept returns for refunds.
If your item arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, you may request a remake within 30 days.
Please include clear photos and send them to support@tessgear.com.
To be eligible for a remake, the item must be in its original condition:
unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a remake request, contact us at support@tessgear.com.
If approved, we will create and send a remake at no additional cost.
Because our products are custom and handled personally, once opened or worn they cannot be resold.
Therefore, we do not offer standard returns or refunds.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
This allows us to review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and review the photos of the defective or incorrect item,
we will approve a free remake when applicable.
Orders canceled within 18 hours of purchase may be eligible for a refund.
Refunds typically take 8–15 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
If a return is approved under special circumstances,
a $20 return shipping label fee + 20% restocking fee will apply.
Delivery Guarantee
During special occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas, etc.,
we may provide guaranteed delivery dates on select products.
If a guaranteed-delivery item does not arrive by the stated date
(as displayed on the product page and/or shipping page),
you are eligible to receive 50% of the purchase price refunded to your original payment method.
You may keep the item, and no return is required.
This guarantee applies only to products clearly marked with
“Guaranteed Delivery By…” on the product page and/or shipping page.
It does not apply to standard holidays or items without the guarantee notice.
